Looking for a pet friendly apartment community in Downtown San Diego, CA? Look no further than Ballpark Place! As one of the few pet friendly communities in downtown, we proudly allow Cats and small Dogs. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home. We limit one (1) pet per apartment home up to to 25lbs (at full adult growth). We require a $250 additional deposit and $25 monthly pet rent for a cat and $50 for a dog.
